All massage treatments can be done with or without aromatherapy oils.
Full Body Aromatherapy Massage
The massage starts with a soothing back, neck and shoulder massage, followed by the back of the legs, front of the legs, feet & toes, arms, hands & fingers, finishing off with a decolette, face and head massage.
This massage is beneficial if you need a complete body pick me up or a head to toe relaxation treatment depending on the oils used. Without essential oils it is an equally healing massage and will leave you feeling completely chilled and de stressed.
Suggested blends for this treatment:
Geranium & Lavender - menopausal symptoms
Black pepper & Bergamot - muscle aches
Lavender & Vetiver - sleep / insomnia

Hand and Arm Massage
Hand massage is a form of reflexology designed to increase physical health. It focuses on muscles in the hands and stimulates the nerve endings which will relax you from head to toe.
Hand massage also improves flexibility in the wrists and fingers by breaking up old scar tissue that has built up over time due to repetitive movements by typing on a keyboard for long periods of time. Massaging the arms can help relieve tension of the wrists and stiff muscles in the upper arms.
This hand & arm massage is very soothing using stroking techniques leaving you in a very relaxed state of mind. A blend of Bergamot and Orange oils is a lovely uplifting blend known for their sweet aromas, immune boosting and detoxifying properties.
Lower Leg and Foot Massage
Lower leg and foot massages provide numerous benefits. Not only does a leg massage help in relieving muscle tension and reducing pain but also improve blood circulation, which is essential for overall leg health.
The loosening of muscle tension can also contribute to improved sleep. Foot massages can help reduce stress and anxiety as well as lower blood pressure. Additionally, foot massage can stimulate the productions of endorphins, the body’s natural pain killers, promoting a sense of well-being and happiness.
Kneading and effleurage strokes are used on the leg, followed by cleansing the feet and a relaxing massage on the feet and toes. A peppermint foot balm is massaged onto the feet at the end of the treatment.
A blend of Eucalyptus and Rosemary oils are excellent for this treatment as they both boost circulation and bring relief to sprains and strains. They have an uplifting aroma giving you a revived effect if you are feeling tired or lethargic.

Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage
Concentrating on the back, neck and shoulders, this treatment can help release tension and soothe tight and sore muscles. Incorrect posture and slouching are often a result of this and along with massage, aromatherapy massage is a great way to reduce this.
A blend of Lavender and Peppermint oils are excellent for helping ease tension and discomfort in the neck and shoulder area and reduce inflammation and alleviate back pain.
Decolette, Neck, Face and Head Massage
The decolette, the area just above the bust is often exposed to environmental aggressors like UV rays, pollution and wearing alcohol based perfumes. All this causes the delicate area of the decolette and neck signs of premature ageing earlier than other areas.
Massage can significantly help reduce this. A very light pressure massage is applied to the decolette and neck, followed by a refreshing cleansing of the face, a facial massage and finishing off with a calming head massage.
A blend of Rose and Ylang Ylang oils are used for this treatment. Rose oil supports cell and tissue regeneration, which helps to maintain the skin’s elasticity and repair sun damaged skin. Ylang Ylang tones the skin with its stimulating effect, and improves appearance and structure of the skin.

Hopi Ear Candle
Hopi Ear Candle also known as Auricular Therapy. A very gentle, yet effective holistic treatment which promotes a feeling of relaxation and well being. While you lie on your side, the ear candle is gently inserted into the ear and then lit at the other end which creates a “chimney effect”.
It is a very calming treatment and can help alleviate headaches, blocked sinuses, anxiety and stress symptoms.
After the candle treatment, enjoy a soothing ear and scalp massage. This treatment can be done while fully clothed.
Sleep Massage
A must if you suffer from insomnia or sleep problems. Lack of sleep can lead to many problems such as stress, irritability, low mood and a low immune system.
Sleep massage can help with sleep problems and therefore has many health benefits such as higher energy levels, a boost to the skin and the immune system, better mental function and memory, a healthy heart due to reducing stress and inflammation in the body and many more.
Sleep massage is available as per request for evening appointments only between the hours of 19:30 and 21:30 when you can fully relax in a tranquil environment and enjoy a slow massage starting with the ankles and feet, the wrists and hands and finishing with a scalp massage.
This can significantly help you drift off into a deep sleep when you arrive home. A blend of Lavender and Vetiver oils are used for this treatment. Both oils are excellent to help alleviate insomnia and promote better sleep quality.
Please note, if possible it is recommended for your safety and well being for someone to collect you at the conclusion of the sleep massage session as with it being a late evening appointment you are more likely to be in a deeply relaxed state of mind.
